I went outside to check on Barry and Kiki in the little run and I pulled off the blanket that I put on top of it when they're in it so they don't get wet if it rains and Barry was there but Kiki wasn't. I was panicking like mad because I hadn't checked on them for about 45 minutes so Kiki could have been anywhere. I was lookign all over the place, I grabbed the cat and put him in the house (he wouldn't deliberatly hurt them, but if they ran he'd chase the guinea-pigs thinking it was a game) and I started looking. I had a look round and I couldn't find her. I finally found her underneath one of the hutches, but I was so worried because a few years ago, one of my guinea-pigs jus disappeared and I never found him and I was so worried that it would happen again. Poor little Kiki was soaked so I dried her off a bit, gave her a big hug and some hay and put her back in the huch with Barry. I was terrified but I'm so pleased she's back in her hutch

The piece of wire holding the two edges together had snapped, and Kiki had managed to make a hole with her nose and get out. Barry was probably being lazy haha

Do you know about how long she was escaped from the hutch? Shwew, I'm so glad she's safe. Good luck with Kiki and lazy Barry! LOL Have a good one.
